Service Agreement
Effective Date: 22 August 2025
1. Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of cloud, DevOps, and software services by Tag Co Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Tag Co Solutions provides:
Cloud Infrastructure Setup & Management (AWS, Azure)
DevOps Automation & CI/CD Pipelines
Cloud Migration & Optimization
AI & Data Engineering Services
Managed Cloud Support & Monitoring
All services will be performed in accordance with the agreed project plan or service proposal. Any tasks outside the scope require a separate agreement.
3. Cloud Costs and Billing
You remain fully responsible for all cloud service bills (AWS, Azure, or other providers).
Tag Co Solutions does not assume responsibility for your cloud usage charges.
We may monitor usage through AWS CloudTrail, Azure Audit Logs, and other logging tools, but monitoring is for operational oversight, compliance, and security purposes only.
4. Permissions and Access
We follow best practices for permissions and least-privilege access.
Any changes, deployments, or actions not performed by us are your responsibility.
You must maintain control over user accounts, passwords, and access to cloud accounts.
5. Working Hours & Shifts
Our standard work hours and availability are defined in the service proposal.
Any work requested outside of agreed hours or shifts must be scheduled separately and may incur additional fees.
We are not responsible for any incidents, delays, or errors occurring outside our agreed service hours.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Tag Co Solutions cannot be held liable for:
Cloud cost overruns or billing issues.
Actions taken by your team or third parties outside our control.
Security incidents due to misconfigurations made by your personnel.
Our liability for any damages, if legally enforceable, is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service.
7. Security & Compliance
We implement security and monitoring in line with industry best practices.
We maintain audit logs to track changes and activity for compliance and troubleshooting purposes.
Compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI DSS) are implemented only where explicitly agreed upon.
8. Changes & Termination
Changes to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate this Agreement according to the terms stated in the service proposal or contract.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable South African law.
